Meet the founder
Havit Bachlani founded Quantum Orbit to bring consulting-grade rigor to recruitment — and recruiter-grade urgency to HR consulting. He has spent his career at the intersection of the two: helping organisations define the roles they actually need, find the people who fit them, and build the HR foundations that keep those people engaged.
Havit personally leads client engagements, from calibrating the first brief to checking in after a candidate's first ninety days. That hands-on model is deliberate: it keeps quality high, feedback loops short, and accountability in one place.

The name
Why "Quantum Orbit"?
In physics, an electron in the right orbit is stable, energised, and exactly where the system needs it. People are no different. Put someone in the wrong role and everything wobbles; put them in the right one and the whole organisation gains energy.
